Starting in the village of St Bees there are two distances 26 and 50 miles
26 miles
Starting in St Bees the route follows the coast road to Beckerment before heading to to Cold Fell. After descending to Ennerdale riders head towards Egremont travelling through the town to join the coast road for the descent back into St Bees
50 miles
From Ennerdale the long route climbs out of the village to Lamplugh and Mockerkin then to the feed station at Ullock.
From Ullock riders travel across Dean Moor and through Pica and Moresby before returning to Ennerdale via Steel Brow and Kirkland, to rejoin the shorter route to Egremont
