Leisure National Series - Tour de Kilkenny
The second round of the Leisure National Series, the Tour de Kilkenny took place over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Hundreds of riders from all over Ireland took part in the 12th edition of the event organised by Marble City Cyclers. There was three route options to choose from, 60km, 110km and 160km routes catering for beginners and more experienced riders.
John Maloney from the Cycling Ireland Leisure Commission took a beginners group on the 60km route setting the pace and sharing tips and advice along the way.
