Youth Road National Championships – Expressions Of Interest
Cycling Ireland are inviting expressions of interest from clubs interested in hosting the 2023 Youth Road National Championships.
The 2023 Youth Road National Championships may take place over one day and is currently scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 19th.
Clubs interested in hosting are expected to host a road race for all youth road categories as a minimum requirement while a time trial and/or Criterium can also take place at the championships. Should the club wish to host a road race, time trial and Criterium the event would need to take place over 2-days however this is not a requirement due to the onerous task of organising multiple events and increased cost of participation.
The inclusion of family-friendly cycling activities will be looked on favourably when allocating the championship.
