Cycling Ireland Training Hub’s New ‘Get Ready For Racing’ Turbo Programme
Cycling Ireland are delighted to announce the addition of a new intermediate turbo programme series to our Training Hub.
Exclusive to Cycling Ireland members, the Training Hub offers a a variety of video programmes for riders of all levels including cycling training, yoga, pilates and strength and conditioning.
A brand-new programme titled ‘Get Ready For Racing’ with Matteo Cigala, an intermediate turbo training programme aimed for those looking to get back into racing shape ahead of the new season is starting on the Training Hub on Wednesday, February 22nd.
The challenging eight-week programme will see riders test their endurance, sprinting, Vo2 max and strength.
Programme Summary
Week 1: Strength session
Week 2: Vo2 session
Week 3: Sprint session
Week 4: Tabata
Week 5: Final race simulation
Week 6: Over and under
Week 7: Endurance Sprints
Week 8: 30-30
This series is aimed at more experienced riders, but a beginner’s turbo programme, also hosted guided by Matteo, is available on the Training Hub if you’re looking to build a foundation.

Activate your account
Step 1: Log in to your Membership Portal
Step 2: Click on the Cycling Ireland Training Hub
Step 3: Activate your Cycling Ireland Training Hub Account (You will receive an automatically generated password which provides access to your Training Hub Account, don’t forget to check your junk mail)
Step 4: Download the app from the Apple/Google Play store and log in.
Once you have received the automated email to activate your Training Hub Account you can access workouts at any time through your membership portal or via the app.
