Cycling Ireland February 28 Day Active Challenge
Cycling Ireland is encouraging the public to join us in a 28-day challenge to get active during the month of February.
We're encouraging people to simply exercise for 30 minutes per day for all 28 days of February, and we’ve an exclusive offer to those who take on the challenge.
Anyone doing the challenge can get free access to the Training Hub, which is available to Cycling Ireland members, for the month of February regardless of whether they’re a member.
Those participating can get involved in a range of ways and can avail of a range of training sessions on the Training Hub.
Roads, tracks, or trails, whatever you're into, we're encouraging participants to get out with their club or cycling buddies for the month of February.
Community Bike Ride group rides are a fantastic way to meet new people and connect with those living around you. They are a safe and sociable way to exercise. You also have the option of joining the growing community of over 4,000 members by taking part in a solo bike ride. Everyone who participates in Community Bike Rides can earn rewards. Sign up on the website and complete as little as 10 rides to receive a reward. View upcoming rides here: https://www.communitybikerides.ie/rides
And for those days when the body aches, an active recovery session such as yoga or pilates on our Training Hub could be for you.
If you are not a member of Cycling Ireland, register your email here to gain access to the Training Hub for the month of February. (Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder)
