CYCLING IRELAND APPOINTS INTERIM CEO
Cycling Ireland today advise the appointment of Chris Kitchen as Interim CEO for the organisation from 12 December 2022.
A Yorkshire Irishman, Chris is no stranger to the Irish sports system, having been employed as Triathlon Ireland CEO for 8 years from 2013-2020. Prior to and concurrently with this post, he has a long history of involvement in non-executive roles in British Triathlon, the Europe Triathlon and the World Triathlon. He is an accredited mediator and has a solid business background.
Chris will be based at Cycling Ireland HQ on the Sports Campus and will fulfil the CEO role whilst a thorough recruitment process for a permanent post-holder is undertaken. More details of this process will be published in due course.
